The is ( I think) an photo of the glow convert firebat. I tried to make it look something like a Soviet Mig 35. Have'nt tried to fly it yet. Im a bit nervous as I 'm not sure how it will handle...

I left the canards off mine to just use elevons. I have'nt flown it yet so I'm not sure if it will work.
Looks like the CG suggested in the instructions( 4.5" from the leading edge at the wing...

A Estes sky ranger system would work fine. I had the same idea but using the system for rudder control on my FF models. I cut a Sky ranger down the middle of the fuse to remove the reciever/servo....

cleaning glow planes after flying?

I've always used glass cleaner. The stuff that comes in a squirty bottle you use to clean mirrors etc. Works great.
