My SD 10G came with a charger for the transmitter only. It is made by Sanwa.
Model #OE-156C
OUTPUT 8.5v 150mA

I measured the canopy area for you. Back width is 4" Front Width is 4 3/4" Front to back 8" 3 1/2 tall at highest point. All measurements approx.
