Power up the heli and get it ready to lift, then you hold the heli in your hand and give the tail a quick movement from side to side to see if the tail reacts if not your gyro is bad.

Well if you never flown before you should get a FP heli then upgrade it later after you can fly it really good then you upgrade it to CP with seperates and brushless motor I dont know about Eolo but...

If you do get Pic parts make sure you get the srews and bolts for the rotors and flybar arms i forgot and had to search for them in LHS but they do sork a little better than stock Skylark parts so...
