Well I finally got all my bits from the supplier..... fitted them all to the airframe and balanced the old girl, all up it came in at 31oz fully ready to fly! Im quite surprised as i thought it would...

Thanks for the info,  its a great help.

I have the motor lipo, spinner, 10x6 folding blades, and a new balancing charger on the way from hong kong.

I will use these initially as a benchmark...

Thanks for the heads up Peter, I have been looking at the cirrus pics and it seem to definately be one but not made by graupner as the fuselage is definately fibreglass, you can see the glass matting...

Heatsinks no good sorry Peter.... I'm running brushless outrunners.... they don't seem too hot but the poor old LiPo is getting a workout ! will probably upgrade as I have enough grunt to lift even...

Well, I finally got my 25A ESC's and the programming card..... spent the last couple of days on and off assembling the Huey.

Managed to fit all the guts of the BOL including the full brushless...

Motors ordered with new 10T pinions, along with Turnigy 25A ESC's.... I took the liberty of getting a programming card while I was at it as listening to all the beeps etc is a little confusing.....
