I did use the kicker, and again it was no scientific test. The bond just didn't hold like the other glues. I very well may have not used enough or too much glue.

I took a little piece of advice from each of you and tried each one on some scrap EPO, actually an airplane that tried to re-kit itself :-). For the repair I needed (a broken elevator)...

Forgive the noob but I have to ask the question of why remove the paper? I am sure my feeble mind has not picked up on the obvious reason, is it weight, durability? Just curious.

Thanks for the info. Once you soak the paper off is the foam rigid enough to stand up to the abuse of 3D flying? I really like the idea of being able to shop locally and I am sure that it is cheaper...

I got it figured out. I had a couple of other items in my cart and it put it just over 1kg, hence the high shipping rate. With your help I now have it figured out and placed my order....
