Not on Dle's but I've had those roller pin bearing fail on crrc engines in the past. The engine is coming up on 50hrs running so I suppose I should change them out anyway. They can make an awful mess...

I used a DLE 20, plenty of power but the biggest/heaviest engine that could be fitted. There is no way it would take a 26cc, doesn't need it anyway. I've never heard of using power for spin recovery....

Sorry to hear about your mishap, I have spun it a few times, spin is steep probably because mine is a bit nose heavy, steep spin is preferable to flat though as far as recovery is concerned

I hadnt thought of doing that, using bearings from a different source, I thought the sizes/tolerances might be out if you didnt get the oem. But I presume they are standard sizes, are they? CRRC only...
