CA works great for making it harder, just soak it and wait a minute, then whipe it off and it will be rock solid, I've done this many times

maybe you could make something like a gun clip that holds dummy bombs,insted of bullets, and when the door opens they start dropping out one by one.

some guys over at the ezone, are using old wall batt chargers, just snip the plug off and add aigator clips, then clip to the wire, I think they are adjustable 6v and 12 v.

you could use water based poly from you local home improvment store,

You can even add talcum as a filler, it dries in about 15 minutes, and sands pretty easy to, and it's cheap.

just do a few...

thanks for the comments, I will not be at the lubbock meet, to many other things to do.

I plan on doing all the panels and and maybe some riviting, i will have to do a few test molds...

I still have a way to go, with the plug but it's comming along nicely.

I will be offering it as a builders kit, fiberglass fuse, foam core wings, a couple of formers, for the fuse, and fiberglass...

what you need to do is go buy some minwax(waterbased) poly crylic, and paint it all over the foam, if you want you can add .75 glass cloth mixed with the poly crylic, for light weight strenght.

good point, I mean if there is no law that you have to follow in brazil and that's the only way you can get one then I guess it's OK.

But i would still be kinda ticked if i saw my kit in brazil,...

I was thinking the same thing guys, it looks like the byron, which leads me to the next question.

Is this legal to make a mold of a previously developed kit and add stuff to to make it "your own"...

kinda looks like he's using regular tinted epoxy+fg, with maybe depron foam on the inside( for strenght)
