Nope.  RC engines are 2 stroke.  Car engines are 4 stroke.

I found the front rims will start to scrape with too much angle on the lower arms. More angle will make the front dogbones chatter even more as the shaft pops in and out of the axle grooves.

The stock motor used to run pretty damn hot so I got a heatsink with a fan.  Wired in a little plug to the battery lead and glued on the little switch...

Damn thing wouldn't work being right next...

Lookin nice!

I have a HSP - same as redcat. Change the brass bushes on the axles to bearings- much nicer.

I found the front dogbones tend to chatter a bit at full lock. I filed the wheel ends...

Do your dark colours first eg. black.

Yellow second.  Back the lot with white to make the yellow stand out.

I didn't go through a puddle, but I've had the led flash/no go before.

Found it was the throttle trim was too far out. Play with that a bit and it should beep and be good to go!

I bought a HSP (exactly the same as HiMoto) new for AU$140. $6 ebay 15 turn motor and $30 of wheel bearings to replace the dodgy brass bushes. I use a 4500 batt instead of the 1800 it came with....

Electric - Drift cars and inside racing.
Nitro - Race cars, but only outside....
