If you do not want to use the spring you can always take a drimmel with a cut off disc and just cut the U shape of the spring that feeds into the trottle arm off,, that way you will have no spring...

I always mount mine on the firewall on the opposite side than the muffler using a good velcro and then a zip tie just for security, ignition boxes do produce heat so it is best not to fully enclose...

Dle has came out with a new dle 35cc rear exhaust engine which will be as powerfull as pretty much any 40cc gas engine and will also weigh less.. you can take a look at themat valleyviewrc.com.....

If going on a budget I would recommend finding some name brand metal gear servos here on RCU. If you look on Hitecs web site they even advice you against using karbonite geared servos in a gasser do...
