Thanks for your input. I will ensure that the spark plug boot is fully seated on the plug.. and I am going to take a small metal hose clamp and clamp the boot onto the plug to keep it from slipping.....

Ihave a 1/4 scale Cub on floats.. with a Zenoah G20ei, JRReceivers, and a Spektrum DX6i transmitter talking to a AR6200 receiver.

Ihaven't had complete trust in the radio system and have flown...

Ifly the 1/4 scale PNPcub on floats and it does just great. The G20ei has plenty of power for take off then i pull it back to about 30% power for cruise. Mines weighs in at 22 pounds, and it is just...

Flew my 1/4 scale Cub today for the first time! Ihave flown a full scale J-3 on floats before.. and it flew JUST like it!

Weight is 22 pounds with the G20ei! Flew great and tracked wonderfully...

Great Stuff does harden. It turns into a styrofoam type texture.

I'm pretty sure it weights almost nothing. Iam going to experiment in a paper drinking cub before Ispray into my floats. I'll let you know.
