Not possible to fry it from connecting the wires wrong. If you connect the wires and the motor turns the wrong direction. Switch any of the 2 wires, or change the direction switch on the transmitter....

Take the other screw out. Go to Lowes / Home Depot / Menards / Local Hardware store. Match it up. By some locktite while you're there...That should take care of it.

Yeah, they take 17mm. I'm going to go ahead and order the parts to convert back and forth between 17mm and 12mm. I beleive the parts cost less than $10 to do that.

I've had my BD8e for 3 weeks and have run it quite a bit. No broken screws yet. The only thing broken so far was the servo saver. So far, this has been a great buggy.
