It wasn't hydro locked, it was pulling easily. Thanks for the reply though. I did recoil mine but I think that I coiled it too tightly because it will only pull about 6 to 8 inches and binds now. I...

Istopped by a local hardware store and they didnt have anything that would fit. I think the screw size is something like a 1/8th but the smallest I saw was 6/32. I guess I will...
