Good news guys!
Had to take the engine completely apart, took piston out then put a screw in the end of the crank, heated it up for 30 secs again then got the hammer out.
didnt work for the first...

there is clearance between its just that my iphone takes crappy pictures when its at an angle, what do you mean when you say the engine might be DOA?

The end of the crank is purple is because i had a blowtorch on it.the day before it was completely silver

Hi guys, i have a RB ws7 III and basically i have tried everything to get the flywheel of it.
I have heated it up with a blowtorch for about 30 seconds then got a screwdriver and tryed to pry it off...

Dont have a manual.It is a standard plug engine with a turbo head.Would it make a difference because in using RB#6 glowplugs (very hot) before i was using O.S.8 (medium)?

temps are now 280F used to be 260F same head just changed the head button.Dident run right at 260F so i had no choice to lean it to 280F.Then it ran better and sounded better .

Thats wrong.EXPO smooths things out.for example if its +50 it will limit the amount of movement till there's 50% input on that control .

Good Tip.I switched from rb plugs that lasted 1 1/2 gal.To nova and lasted 2 mins.
