can a 72 mhz modular hitec transmitter be converted to a 2.4ghz

I have a 72 MHz Hitec modular Prism 7 channel radio and would like to know if it can be converted to a 2.4 GHZ Spektrum compatible transmitter.

Forgot to mention that the catbs are 180 degrees from each other, (facing opposite directions), the cylinders are rotated so the exaust will come down both sides.

Need some help, (info), on adjusting the carbs on the new RCMK TWIN INLINE MOTOR to get them syncronized. Any help or information would be greatly appreciated.
