direct drive parts needed

I have a BJ55 and want to remove the pos clutch and to a direct drive. Where do i get what i need to do this? called warehouse hobbies and they dont know what i want. any ideas would be great.

I have ordered up some new parts from gismos. really would have liked to get a mod motor but don't want to spend the extra cash right now.
I have been using synthetic oil 50:1 ration like it says.
