Unless you have a fast cutting router, you may find it very time consuming to cut a kit, much less several kits to sell. Often times you have to baby sit it so parts dont get cut up by the router...

I scan all my customer plans, then import into Corel or AutoCad. You can then plot as many prints you want, seperate the patterns from the plan, and maybe even convert to be cut :D

The ole `Orthographic Projection' works for me :)

You need to obtain as much information as possible (scans, photos, etc) to get a good start, but theres lots more to it than that, using plywood...

Primitive but practical

I use the Orthographic projection method from 2 views, top and side (in AutoCad), then stretch and scale the original airfoil, based on the intsersections, irregular spacing doesnt affect the...

Plan enlarging

A full size scan is $0.50 per square foot, plots are $7 per sheet, 3' wide by 15' long, return postage via USPS Priority mail in tube, with delivery confirmation, $7.50, best I can offer,

Confusing pictures deal!

The slipping is caused by the grit wheel, the rollers `softening up' as well as excessive plot speed.

I worked with them for years. On the manual ....good luck, and another thing (hate to burst...

I've got a HP Designjet 350C, INKJET, color, roll feed, 36" wide by real long. plots are about $4 to $5 bucks :D

Pen plotters are like typewriters these days :(
