It's very posible trash entered the pump I didn't know how to open to clean it. Yes it was used and I mounted it to the engine support parallel to the fire wall as instructed. Had a filter in line...

I should have explained myself better. Tryed the oscilating pump but it did not preform continuously with my 4-cycle nitro. I have not yet used the Parry regulating pump but I do belive it would have...
