question about charging/ discharging batt packs

what the best charger and discharger combo or each separate for nimh packs and lipo 2s/3s packs atm i am using 2 diff packs for my pede 8.4v 3000 mah and same voltage at 4200 mah, i plan on later on...

i take that back i did clean off the truck in warm water in my tub right after the first time i ran it cause i ran it threw some awsome mud puddles

yes i broke in the motor and no i didn;t clean or lube it and the conditions was cold and ground is wet atm since we are in begaining of winter season here.

no the motor doesn't turn at all but the steering servo works fine, but as i said when i apply forward or reverse thottle the motor doesn't turn at all.

also forgot to mention that when i turn the back wheels on my pede theres an loud clicking sound coming from the electric motor thats how i know for 100% that its bad.

i have some old shocks off my tmaxx 3.3 there like ultra big bore shocks, question is they look like they would fix the stampede xl-5. so which shocks would go better with the stampede the stock...
