it is a bullet starter, If I tighten up the 3 legs the starter cup is off centre, I can centre it with the legs loosened, but its all a bit too floppy, the legs screw onto the starter...

Ramping values,
Ramp switch low = 25
Ramp switch Hi = 80
Ramp up lo = 6
Ramp down lo = 6
Ramp up mid = 4
Ramp down mid = 4

yes it was originally in Autostart mode, I thought that might be the problem however after switching to Manual start mode still no joy,
Xairflyer thought it might be a burnt...

my method for manual start,
glo stick on
spin up on starter manually
gas on
let rpm drop until gas lights
increase rpm with starter motor
slightly increase gas to stop flame blowing out...

the ecu parameters are start allowed rpm =7 (7000rpm i guess) and start allowed egt =100 the engine has been to 25000rpm and 250c egt on gas and...
