i think that part is there so if you hit something and it turn your wheels beyond its stop point it will bottom out on that instead of destroying your servo

yes i do and it just turned into more. one the 4 stupid bolts on the rear of the chassi where the rear chassi mounts the middle section. one those stripped out. i was drilling it out and the drill...

they only sold it as a set. the stock one was rounded instead of square, the stock steering servo had a bulge to it and the replacement was square. ...

well i was running my car at full speed from a good distance and i smacked a set of bleachers and killed the front end of my car. lol so one of the many parts i needed was the steering wiper arm set....

this car is amazing. its so fun and fast. that 30.5cc motor is quick. but these things are so loud i almost need earplugs. lol so far i have broke a piece of the front shock/bumber...

i read the manual for the controller and figured it out. had to apply the brake then push a little button on the reciever for 4 seconds and that reset the fail safe.
Next question what brake kit do...

i got a new servo works great. but when i shut the radio off now instead of going into fail safe and applying the brake it goes full throttle

lol now theres another issue. the throttle servo is stuck open at full throttle now. it use to work. i dont know if i pumped something in the controler or what. but i can grap the servo and twist it...

that was the problem. i adjusted the screw all the way in backed em out to what you recommended at 4th pull it fired right up. had to adjust the idle around but i got it started. i couldnt drive...

any ideas on where that one should be set at?
and as far as the plug goes it was wet with gas when i pulled it out. now that its dry it should be fine right?
