The Xicoy controller will work with any electric gear as you can adjust the maximum amp output of the controller for the main and nose retract units.
The Electron GS-200 controller is the Xicoy unit...

The Electron GS-200 is the same unit but is less programmable and slightly more expensive than the Xicoy LGC15.
Dreamworks shows out of stock but the Xicoy LGC15 is a better buy....

As for the Drake the CG as per the manual is WAY too forward.
See my earlier post on where my CG is now it flies and lands great.

Would not suggest an airbrake on the engine cover. There is not enough structure there to take the air load with the air brake extended.
Also the mounting holes that the screws go thru the engine...

They were canard covers that I had left from a Rookie.
I cut them down to fit the Drake canards and added the strap to hold them in place.

Balanced it as per the manual and have to agree with everyone that it flew as if it was VERY nose heavy.

I recommend the Xicoy controller from Dreamworks (LGC-15).
I use it on Electron, Dreamworks Pro-Link and Sab Avio retracts and brakes.
Works with all the above and you can adjust the max amp draw...
