TTX 650 AND 850 trainer with other brand transmitters?

I know the TTX 650 and 850 will work wirelessly as trainers with Tactic transmitters,
but can you use the 650 and 850 to buddy box with other brand transmitters using a direct cable connection?

I would also have to agree on a good choice being Tactic ttx650. Great 6 chanel system and as stated above youn can get it with 2 receivers to you door for $129. Good luck and happy flying.

Don't know if you are flying electric? If so you can set it to your throttle. This works great since it starts when you advance throttle so you don't have to worry about using a switch.
