Thanks Dom, both are 24" x 8.5, about 40mm thick, the new one has more deep vee, more nose volume and less tail rocker. Hard to see difference on the picture tho.

It needs 2 rudders, one on each side of the jet, and yes there is no need for the jet orientation thing.

Ideally the bottom hull should be re-design to allow for better flow.

Saildoggie, the blue or white insulation foam isthe styrofoam or roofmate stuff. It is extruded polystyrene, I used it on my red and white custom board. it is not as good as PU or expanded...

On the vid I use 3S 2650MAh pack, i stopped after 7 min and still had about 3.6V / cell, so I guess I can get arround 15 min by slowing down a bit

I suppose it all depends on how heavy...
