I flew today after putting some Telon tape under the O-ring, and it worked great - the low speed needle stayed where I set it. Thanks again for the tip.

Gents-

I have a Tower .75 with a low speed neede valve that moves (clockwise, lean) when the engine is at high RPM. The engine is about 10 years old, and I think that the O-ring is worn out...
