Greasing drive cable

How much grease do you need to put on the drive cable? Thick/glop it on.....or just enough to lubricate/coat the drive...

Holes in transom of Spartan?

What is the purpose of the two small holes on the top of the transom of the Spartan? Can they be covered? The current issue (June) of RC Driver has an article on the Spartan, and the author suggests...

An update on the Spartan. I have now run it several times over a couple days, and it has performed flawlessly. It is very stable, and ran very well on a pond in 15mph winds, and a medium chop.

Great to hear. Thanks for the insight. It was the catamaran I would have purchased. However, I decided on a Deep V vs a cat.......but who ever ends up with only 1 boat???

Those who have one know that the hatch is impossible to tape, and their manual suggest there is no need.
