Raptor 90 exhaust

Just purchased a Raptor 90 with OS91 C-spec PS, can any of you recommend a pipe/muffler for it?

Cheers

RE: GY401

Definitely not!! If it needs load of left rudder then you need to adjust the tail linkage rod length. If you need full correction then I suspect that you are way out, keep adjusting the length...

RE: Thinking of buying a heli

The Picollo is not a good helicopter to train with, it crashes very quicky and it's not cheap to fix it also is utterly useless outside if there is anything more than a breath of wind. A far better...

Eolo setup

I don't seem to be able to get a set up that gives any decent flight time. I use the std 4 low, 9 mid and 14 top pitch settings per the manual on the 3d setup but it only flys with a decent climb...

Buying a 60 heli - Raptor 60?

I am after some advice. I am going up to a 60 having flown a Caliber 30 for a year and am undecided between a Raptor 60 V2 and a Freya SST Eagle. Both are at the lower end price wise but the Freya...

RE: Carbon Blade Recommendations for Caliber

Most will just be '30 size', the NHP ones are 72mm and MS are 80mm I believe. Not sure of the root thickness, measure your plastic ones with a ruler where the bolt into the blade grips. S/be 4 or...

RE: Carbon Blade Recommendations for Caliber

550mm's for a 30, I put MS std 30 size carbon rears on which looked nice but have now replaced them with NHP carbon 50 rears.

RE: Caliber 30 FT Decals?

Scott,

My FT canopy is custom painted so I have a set of decals which are complete except for 2 small white 'Caliber 30' stickers (L&R) which I put on my canopy. You can have them for $20USD...

RE: Carbon Blade Recommendations for Caliber

I have flown my Caliber 30 on both NHP razor's and BBT blades and they both are an improvement on the wooden blades but when switching over you will have to play with the pitch/throttle settings to...

RE: Why is it so complicated???

You must have CCPM mixing on it so something like a JR662 should do. This can be bought new for £130 Tx/nicads then you'll have to buy the mini servos and Rx.

Never heard of the Corona, as you...

RE: Why is it so complicated???

The Eolo is very stable for it's size but if you are a beginner I would recommend a 30 sized nitro heli and sim to learn. The Eolo is CCPM only so you'll need a pretty good radio unlike the...

RE: Why is it so complicated???

Eolo without question. The Picollo is VERY poor outside even with the tuning pack, a fart would send it to the ground!

RE: piccolo or hornet

I would not bother with either the Piccolo or Hornet. They are too small and are usless in anything other than the lightest of wind even with the tuning pack. I got rid of my Picollo and have now...

RE: herader tank on the caliber 30

Header tanks don't really improve the performance of the helicopter but it increases flight times so I would certainly recommend one.

RE: Caliber 30. 46-50 Engine conversion review.

In the Uk the price difference is only £20 so I went for the more powerful 50. I was running a Webra 35 competition which is supposed to pump out close to 1.5hp so I did not want to spend all that...
