Hello
Stihl uh, verrry expensive in Argentina.
You must disasembly the carb , clean inside filter and replace diaphragms, becomes stiff with age.

Yes , I carving my propellers, for cost reason.
For delivery, standard mail work well, no problems.
things shipments take from 20-25 days but no problem by mail, surface...
