Mate,

It did do a nose dive on the first run into the wind, however it was upright and it continued to run, I have modified the compartment for the lipo and ESC and it is water tight with a lid...

The problem is with the standard setup of my Hobby king Libero, standard prop, plus a 150 amp speed control and 30C 4S 5800 lipo the boat will not go from stationary to full throttle , it just pulses...

Is it ok to run my 30C 4s 5800 lipos with a cut off of 9 volts, becuase if I run them with a cut off of 12 volts my speed control won't allow me to run past half throttle and it cuts...

Yeh boat speed is close to the videos but only for 1 minute then drops off, they are brand new lipo packs, only their third run, I am going to re set the speed control and try again

Just measured the voltage and both lipos are just a touch inder 15V, so they seem fine?

Just another thought about the speed controller setup.
