I would love to see a video on how to do it properly. It took me about 3 hours to trim, drill, and decal the body. I am sure it can be done more quickly and with better results.

I love the E30 M3, my fave BMW. I want to do a 1970's BMW 2002 next.

The chassis is a Tamiya TT-01.

Those are good ideas. I'll have to try using an exacto knife around the windows.

The only part was kind of a PITA is doing the wheel aches.

I found out the specs on the charger:

Perfect, that is even cheaper.

I just got the tracking number and it looks like the car will be here on Saturday, 8/4.  That's a bummer that I have to wait a week. :(

No, not yet. The only info I have on the charger is that one pic of it above. Once I get the shipment I can check. What would the charger need to be rated at?

I am not trying to be as cheap as possible, I just want to spread my purchases out a bit.  For me it is about cash flow.  I also want to have some fun with some cosmetic tweaks.
