Don, I balanced mine at 80mm using a GP cg machine. I had to add about 5oz to the nose and after the maiden it felt way to nose heavy so I removed 2.5oz and it flew great after that. I'm not sure...

Don, I went to Radio Shack and bought a AA battery holder similar to the one that came with the plane except this one has a screw on cover so the batts can't fall out. I mounted mine to the firewall...

Thanks guys, I appreciate it. Well I got three good flights in today. I took that 2.5oz. of weight out of the firewall and it flew much better. I didn't need as much elevator to keep the nose up....

Adam I never had to fly with more than about half throttle and I kept it at altitude most of the time so not really sure how fast it will go. Next time I get in the air I will try some high speed low...

Hey guys here's some pics of my two os46 with pitts mufflers. As you can see the pipes clear the front cowl by an 1/2 inch and I think that will work.
