The DS821 servo horn screws from my complete DX7 Heli system measured 5.5mm (not including head). I can see what Jack Skip's point is. The screw might be too short.

MM, The Saito 40's are working great! I'm at sea level here, about 1/4 mile from the Chesapeake Bay! The Saito 40's are plenty of power in the air and give the added punch for grass strip ops...

My most success was getting the nose up higher... Keep tryin! I spent three weeks with just taxi's untill today! I was pretty bummed.... I'm sure this plane flies fine off paved...
