Yes it ran fantastic. I was able to hold the throttle wide open all the way down the straights. I didn't move a thing. Now I need a bigger prop. Thanks for all the help.

That brings up a good point. My timing is different. Not sure how to change it. The old timing was 7.5 and the new timing is 15. The correct timing is 8. I have ordered the programmer and it...

So i have everything sorted now. I think the balance should be better. Everything fits with a little extra room and its completely water tight. Ill get video this weekend if its not raining.

Im trying out the seaking 90. Its a little longer than the previous esc so i now have to figure out how im going to place everything in the box. It looks like a pretty nice speed controller though....

Thanks. He's a really good kid. He didnt want to get up for school this morning though. LOL

The ESC is toast. I can see one of the smaller parts is burnt. I wish i could send it out...

40 is smokin fast. I am running the UL-1 motor and it is also very fast but it gets unstable at the higher speeds. If i ever get it set up right where i can achieve full power its gonna be...

If you draw a straight line between the bottoms of both sponsons and the prop shaft. The prop shaft is 2 mm below the bottoms of the sponsons. It will be tomorrow before i can get out there again. ...

Moved the COG back to 9 and 1/2 inches. Ran the boat. Had some porpoising. Changed the angle of trim back to 0. The boat is fast. really really fast. I think i need to cut the prop down or something....
