I have the instructions for the OS PET II .099. I just picked up this engine with original box, instructions, and carb (called the "speed controller" )on ebay last week. Will scan as pdf file later...

Pica produced two sizes; a 60" w.s. and a 72" w.s. Which one did you buy on ebay? I still am flying the larger one I build about 1985. Great flying airplane.

Tim: sounds like you have the ST-996 seidel. 9 cyl. 96 cc, 5.4 hp. According to the seidel handbook, the maximum (safe) rpm is 5500 rpm with an ultimate of 5800 rpm. this should be on 7% oil and no...
