Convert it to battery ignition and lose a pound of weight. Pull the flywhel and the back case extention. You can use a standard rail mount to mount it. Starting will be easy.

Some Magnums time at 6 o'clock while other time at 5:30.  Best way to check is overlap at TDC on the exhuast stroke.

Should work.  Sounds like you carb has issues it the HSN is not haveing any affect.  Have you rebuilt it?  Can you post pic of the EI setup?   Specifially the pickup hall IC.

Not sure why you think you need a different prop hub?  The DL 30 reed block is a nice upgrade.  Tower Hobbies has it for $15.  You will need to make an adapter plate out of flat aluminum.  It is...
