If you want to do a static test run of your Dyan Jet engine then you need to mount it to a work bench or table. Car radiator hose clamps work fine to clamp it to a metal mount. Do not mount it...

A correctly designed pulse jet is 90% throttable. The German V1 was 60% throttable in the beginning then the Germans later made some changes to the engine so it was 90% throttable. It is very easy...
