I was here in 2005. I sold all my stuff and built up a mountain bike in 2006. Now I'm 47 and don't ride like I used to because of a spinal cord injury in 2014. Now I'm looking into electric...

RE: Best throttle servo

There's certainly nothing wrong with that. That's what I'm doing.

RE: RE: how long is your antenna wire?

ICRASHSTUFF (whatever). Why do you post on this board? Is it your goal to learn something? Then why in the crap do you disagree with people (boo and piggy) when they are right? You will never...

RE: RE: how long is your antenna wire?

Boo & Piggy are just mean. LOL. This is definitely one of the funnier posts I've read in a long time. Boo, I think these kids could benefit in purchasing a $40 CB Radio, a Wilson whip, and an SWR...

RE: Best throttle servo

If given the option, I would avoid it. You certainly could if you wanted to though. I'm still running a JR Z590M for my throttle/brake.

RE: Best throttle servo

One thing to note is that you don't want to use the faster version of a servo if you don't need to. The Air 357/360 will have to work harder to pull 100oz than a 358/359 would. This will draw more...

RE: Whats the Best engine????

Believe it or not, I actually got more top end RPM's out of my RG than my Hyper 21 8 Port. I did not think that would be the case, but it was.

My Hyper 21 8 Port was boggy until I changed to an...

RE: What do you call this type of dirt?

C-Hub is tighter AND most, if not all, of the factory drivers run C-Hub. It's easier to get set up help that way.

RE: Clutch Shoes?

I have a set of Mugen aluminum shoes in my box, but I haven't run them yet. Apparently, once you run aluminum shoes on a clutch bell, you can't run composite shoes again. So, when you try them out,...

RE: What do you call this type of dirt?

Yeppa, that's me. Yeah, I run a Hyper 7. I recently converted from the PBS to the C-Hub. I'm anxious to try it out along with a setup that Rickster (R&D H7 dude @ OFNA - wierd since it's a Ho Bao)...

RE: Whats the Best engine????

That's exactly why I'm running the RG. I wanted something with better low end, but knew a P5 was the irresponsible thing to do.

RE: Whats the Best engine????

It sure beats not running it all. My Hyper 21 8 Port with an OS 20E carb (currently in the box as a backup motor) wouldn't run worth a squat until I hit 270 or 280 on 20%. I switched to 30%,...

RE: Whats the Best engine????

RobH, what good is an engine if it has no power when you run it at the temps, you think it needs to run at. Tune that sucker for power. If it runs at 270, then so be it. At least your using it. ...

RE: Spider diff tips??

Yeah, probably. I'm looking forward to trying a new setup that rickster told me about. Rickster is a guy who does R&D on the H7. The diffs will be set up with 3000-5000Spider-5000. 5000 in the...

RE: Spider diff tips??

The spider diffs I was told is this. You are supposed to be able to run lighter diff fluid and still get the performance off thicker fluid on power.

RE: Spider diff tips??

MoneyLuv - The Spider diff, along with the the other two, in my Hyper 7 PBS came from the factory with grease. However, the first thing I did was tear everything down, clean out the grease...
