This is mounted on a GWS Slow Stick using a Hacker B20-26L + ThunderPower 3cell :D

You can see my cam mount setup in the pics below - I have cross braced the gear and the balsa

Not the best video, but for a $70 pencam, it works.

How do I cut down this AVI file?

I recently took a 2-3 min video with the pencam setup and found that the filesize for this short clip is some 200MB+. Is there a quick and simple way (shareware/freeware) that I can manipulate this...

I actually use a regulate power supply I built - You shouldbe able to get a cheap DC supply and Radio Shack or the like.
