Paint work looks great. An inexpensive way to practice is to use the plastic liter bottles of pop. If you run into difficulty spraying the Faskolor paints they recommend you crank up the air pressure...

Try tightining the brake shoes a little bit, this helped mine. Do not use any sealant on the head. Just use the shim that was on it.

Again DO NOT RUN AIRPLANE FUEL IN YOUR TRUCK. Back in the 80's they did not have synthetic oil in nitro fuel. You could run it in a rc car with little chance of damaging the engine. TODAY nitro fuels...

Lean it out about 1/8 turn at a time. When it bogs down when you accelerate richen it back up a tad and you should be dialed right in........

Do not run heli fuel in your Firestorm. Heli fuel does not have enough oil content in it for a car/truck engine............

If you're going to keep the stock electronics I'd suggest a Graupner Speed 300 6volt and a good 7.4v lipo pack. Also a ball diff. I have 5 Mini-t's, two with the graupners and lipo's and they fly....
