It won't hurt a thing to switch,and there is no such thing as a rebreak-in. Once the cylinder and the piston are worn in they can only wear out (keep an eye on the temp. and adjust as needed)

the resistance at TDC is normal for an ABC engine, also the best way to clean a nitro engine is in a crock pot with anti-freeze,(the old kind with etholglycol or something like that) remove anything...

It will not hurt anything if you do what you are saying, just make sure you are at idle and not full open, and don't forget to watch out for the flybar.

nope, I went into the woods where the lady said she heard strange noises and the tree canopy is to thick to see above it. There is also alot of grape vines and leaves.

sounds like it's going lean. Free spinning with plug in is bad unless head screws are loose. A ringed engine will have a small amount of drag with the plug out and an abc engine will get a little...

yes I did, it loosened up after about 1.5 to 2 tankfulls if I remember correctly. Then it flew great.
