I suspect a bad plastic too. Not enough material, old die..whatever. I hope mine is the only one.
It obviously does not connect together tight enough to hold the batteries in place.

I bought the Sullivan starter, then really decided I wanted a cordless. Bought the Sullivan PowerPac and 12 sub c sanyo batteries...
the ones suggested for it by Tower.

Went with the Tower Hobbies priced Sullivan Dynatron.

Not sure how big a motor it will spin, but it spins my current larger 4 bangers without a stutter. Battery is my weak point

I looked at Sullivan products myself...when I found it finally.
Looks to me like they only offer 6 starters and the dynatron model is the dynatron model. No better dynatron model available.

Change the manual to reflect the changes! A good idea would have been to do that before shipping it out with a manual that is wrong.

Yep its plastic, I just looked at it in the plastic bag and wrote here.

Now I have read the manual through and seems nearly everything that is listed as wood is now plastic.

Point was I could order from 3 other suppliers 3 differnt times then build the plane in 1/2 the time waiting on a promised fuse for the extra stiffy.

Weak point where the motor mounts, full throttle prop strike on take off and the motor and ply busted off with some styro.

Still waiting on the fuse I ordered over a month ago.
