I switched two wires and resoldered a loose wire coming from the motor. Works great now! Thanks for the help.

So I installed the Xtreme brushed 380 motor and the main rotor spins in the wrong direction. How do I fix this? Just reverse the servo?

Thanks for the replies. It actually would also not lift off with super skids alone. I'll try with stock skids and no training gear.

Can I fly my SS at 1/2 throttle and still be able to maneuver it well? At what point would I reduce the throttle? (I assume it has to be at full throttle to take off...even with a hand launch?)
