There are a couple of companies selling 3v Lithium-Ion cells. One of the cells is made by Titanium.

Most standard Futaba wall chargers dont have peak cut-off but I know all 3 of the ones I have...

I believe they are the end connectors for the anti-sway bar. If you look at the upgraded HPI cars on websites like Megatechrc you will see these yellow parts installed on the car already.
