RE: AIPTEK MPVR 2K6...Your impression on captured video

Very nice! Much nicer than my Aiptek pocket DV5100M. I can't get that resolution and FPS with my camera.

Z-pcm conversion time

What has been the average turn around time for the Z-PCM conversion? I am trying to figure out if I can do without my radio for a while. I have been using my old Vegas radio for my simple glider, but...

RE: Mounting a Handycam on an helicopter

Go with a 50 size Raptor. Almost all helicopters come stock with wooden blades, you have to pay extra for carbon blades. Use the wooden ones for practice, once you are reasonably confident that you...

RE: Mounting a Handycam on an helicopter

Learn to fly first, it is more challenging than you might think. Personally, I would stay away from the $200 electrics, they are actually harder to fly than a 30 or 50 size glow helicopter. For the...

RE: Beginner with heli need some advice :)

I bought an AIPTEK 5100 for 90 some dollars at Wally World. This thing is fantastic, it is light, stays on after you start it and takes decent video. I did my first test video two days ago and it...

RE: Aiptek Pocket DV 5100M Mini Digital Camcorder? (Vs Mustek)

Where in Walmart are you finding the Aiptek? I went to two different Walmarts near me here in NC and they aren't in the camera dept.[:o]

Thanks,

Derek

RE: NiMh got hot when charging ???

You probably should have left the charger finish at the original setting. The battery could have been getting close to a full charge and when you turned it off and then back on so quickly, the...

RE: Radio Case

I use the plastic pistol cases from Walmart. They are extremely tough and have all the foam you need. You will have to cut out the foam for your radio and you can make it as snug as need it. $8.95 at...

RE: Best gyro for newbie

My vote would be the GY401 with 9253/54. I have one of these on my Raptor 50 and it is rock steady. If you are new to helicopters, once set up, you will NOT have to worry about the tail. This frees...

RE: Carl Goldberg Tiger 60 Kit problem

My kit was/is fine with the exception of the short pieces which are being replaced. Most pieces are laser cut and the materials seem to be of good quality. I do agree with the comment though...
