Has anyone answered you problem ? You will need just 8 cells hooked up in series.
Suggest that you trace the red wire from the switch back..to the end..
If there is a connector then match...

Nitro Models 30cc Thunderbird

Received the 30cc Thunderbird...the kit came well wrapped..no breakage.
The instruction manual was a general manual covering all of the 30cc models...
this might be a problem for a first time...

The only problem that I had was installing the ailerons..the pin hinges broke...it was my fault ..I had too much...

Installed and Orange (HobbyKing) 2.4 Module with EFlite 2.4 Antenna. Very easy to do..will post more pictures if reponse is worth it..

Flew the Tiger Moth today...it did everything that the video showed. Does great loops, Cuban 8's, inverted flight, knife edges...Flies fast and it flies slow...landing is a breeze,,,not bad habits.
