You are correct though, I do remember needing to do some trimming and sanding to get sufficient throw.

Agree with the above, crow should be used for landing only. A little reflex can be beneficial to certain jets though. It will add a little washout to the wing without the lift reduction crows adds....

I was very happy with the F-16 didn’t have much to complain about. If I could do it again I would just pay a bit more for the 1/6 BVM.
That being said, I do not like F16s on grass...

Did mine the same way with a 140, I added some heat shrink to my rudder torque tube to snug it up a bit more. Never had an issue.

No need to cut through any wing ribs on the UF for lights. Once you get though the wing tip, you can access the wire from the aileron servo pocket.
Very easy job.
