I have several years of wrenching and tuning on REAL cars under my belt and I'm very aware of how a freakin' chassis dyno works as...

they speed measurement may be off, i agree.

however the difference is NOT.

if a stock xmod measures "X" amount of speed on a speed checker and an xmod with an 11T pinion and lithium ion...

no xmod can touch it my ass.

Jshwaa's xmod is taking 14+ volts with his regulator mod and 4 lithium ion cells. it hit 40 mph on the speed checker.


but then again, thats a helluva lotta...

the vid you are thinking of is Jshwaa's (thats his SN on TinyRC.com and XmodWorld.com) and that is 65Kph NOT mph. it equals out to 40mph though [X(]

your car will fry if you do not upgrade the FETs.

atomicmods.com has a FET upgrade.

uh.....the motor is NOT what you should be worrying about right now.....the electronics on that car WILL fry if you put more than 8.4 volts through them. :eek:

all i have right now is a stage 2 motor with magnets out of the spin brush motor running off 4 AAA's and it goes a lot F-ing faster than...
