the TC4 sounds good - thanks for your help. I would love to get a kit and build it but I don't think i can afford to do it that way once electics are added. Any ideas when the TC4 rtr may come out...

Isn't the hpi pro 4 really expensive though? And i wouldn't have a clue where to start when it comes to choosing electrics etc.
I may wait until the TC4 comes out - how does the losi xxx-s rtr...

sounds good - i don't get on with the 'wheel' style trannys though cause i fly planes too. I've got some decent servos so would a basic 2 channel tranny be enough? Ive got a charger which may do me....

Is £110 a good price for the schumacher sst pro 99? I don't know too much about it at the moment as it is behind a glass case but it comes with: car, servo,2x motors, 2x esc, 3x saddle pack...

What type of hull would be fastest around an M course. Would a hydroplane not be stable enough arond corners. A deep V would be easiest to construct.

sorry,
i ment 440mm long. I think its a 540 motor. You know the ones that most 6 cell cars and stuff use.
