Sorry I took so long to respond, been really busy lately, the batteries are in good condition and were fully charged, and I didn't find any rubbing parts. Any other possibilities?

I'm a novice-Intermediate flyer banged up the nose of my T-28 3-4 times still in fairly good condition but in mid flight motor constantly cuts out while throttle still on, won't fly...
