Yes had a good 1.5 inch of flat teeth. The second gear had a bad spot too.
Should i have replaced the round clutch that sitting inside of the first gear.
If that makes sense.

Thanks for all replies. I ordered a couple new spur gears. After looking close at teeth. There are flat spots on the gears. 4 days and i get new gears and ill update the post.
