I am currently looking at a hobbywing set up called the hobbywing XERUN combo XR8 SCT 3800kv motor with esc also, currently going for £85 on eBay bid only 4 hours left would this be able to achieve...

I am not looking to spend as much as that would you be able to recommend a cheaper option which can still reach that kind of speed, also what is the best kv and turns I should look for
